The RAID Twinset course is the gateway to technical diving: the exact moment you stop being a visitor and become an explorer.

Prerequisites

  • Be at least 15 years old and have parental/guardian authorization.
  • Hold RAID Open Water 20 certification (or equivalent) or RAID Open Water Junior (or equivalent).
  • Medical Statement.
  • Valid mandatory diving and accident insurance.

Course Schedule

A total of 3 training days where we combine theory and practice. The theoretical part can be done online or in person, as preferred. The practical part can be conducted in open or confined waters.

Day 1 (8 hours)

  • Theory 1 (1 hour)

    • What is Technical Diving?

    • Technical Diving Training.

    • Clean Mind.

    • Gas management.

    • The 3 rings.

    • Communication.

  • Theory 2 (1 hour)

    • DIR Philosophy.

  • Practice 1 (2 hours)

    • Configuration Workshop.

  • Practice 2 (2 hours)

    • Land Drills Workshop.

  • Dive 1

    • Water entry.

    • Weight check.

    • Trim check.

    • Pre-dive checks (Equipment, bubbles, V-Drill, S-Drill).

Day 2 (8 hours)

  • Briefing.
  • Dive 2

    • Basic 6.

  • Dive 3

    • Propulsion techniques (Frog Kick, Modified Frog Kick, Flutter, Modified Flutter, Helicopter turn).

    • SMB (Surface Marker Buoy) deployment.

    • Controlled ascent.

Day 3 (8 hours)

  • Dive 4

    • Rescue Skills.

  • Dive 5

    • Navigation.

Course Details

Price:

  • €599 + VAT (Valid until 31/12/2026)

Ratio:

  • Minimum 2 – Maximum 4 students

  • Access to the RAID E-Learning platform.
  • Minimum of 240 minutes of in-water training.
  • Rental of all necessary equipment:

Not Included in the price:

  • International RAID Twinset Certification (€59 + VAT)

DIVING EQUIPMENT
All the equipment for the course is included in the price, but if you have your own gear, even better!
